  • Pause anytime while you’re traveling or in the hospital.
  • Price lock. Your membership price won’t change for 12 months.
  • Family can pay. An adult child can pay for a parent’s membership.
  • One call for everything. If a job needs a licensed plumber, electrician, or HVAC tech, we find a vetted pro, schedule them, and meet them at your home, at no coordination charge. Some pros pay us a small referral fee; it’s never added to your price, and you’re always free to choose your own contractor.
  • Visit time doesn’t roll over month to month. Materials are always billed separately.

  • Errand and pickup runs: $55, up to 10 miles. Doctor-appointment rides are referred to Wilson Rides.
  • Haul-off: billed by the hour ($95, or $80 / $75 for members), plus landfill and disposal fees at cost + 15%, truck or trailer rental (if needed) at cost + 15%, and $0.70 a mile beyond 10 miles. We attach the scale ticket and receipts to your invoice. Dumping at the free local site costs you nothing extra.
  • Payment: due at the time of service, or within 7 days of an emailed invoice. Pay by card or bank transfer through a secure invoice, card in person, or check payable to TrueStead Home Co. Members are billed automatically each month or year. Tennessee sales tax is added where the law requires it.

Our Story

TrueStead Home Co. started at home, with our own family. We wanted to get the people we love off the ladder, sort out their tech troubles, and spare them the endless searching for local help they could trust. Most of all, we wanted them to have peace of mind.

Then we noticed how many of our neighbors around Mt. Juliet have the same problem. Something breaks, and you end up calling yet another stranger and hoping they show up and do it right. That’s no way to take care of a home you love.

So I’d rather be the one person you can count on. I’ll show up when I say I will, handle the small jobs myself, and when something needs a licensed pro, I’ll find the right one and see it through for you.

You shouldn’t have to worry about who’s coming through your door. With TrueStead, it’s someone who already knows you, your home, and how you like things done.

About Mike

I’ve called Mt. Juliet home for 32 years. For 30 of those, I’ve worked for the same company as a project manager, overseeing the construction, repair, and engineering of regulated and classed vessels, where safety standards are strict and every detail gets checked twice. I bring that same care, planning, and follow-through to every home I work in.

Common questions

Do I need a membership?

No. You can call any time for pay-per-visit help. Memberships simply give you regular visits, faster scheduling, and lower hourly rates.

What jobs don't you do yourself?

Anything that needs a licensed electrician, plumber, HVAC tech, or contractor. For those, I find a vetted pro, schedule them, and meet them at your home. I don't provide medical or personal care.

Where do you work?

Mt. Juliet (37122), Del Webb Lake Providence, and nearby Wilson County communities. Lebanon and the 37214 ZIP code are served by request.

Can my son or daughter book for me?

Absolutely. Family members are welcome to call, email, or book a visit on your behalf, and an adult child can pay for a parent’s membership. We only share visit details with family when you say it’s okay.

Are you insured?

Yes. TrueStead Home Co. carries $1 million in general liability insurance, and I'm background checked.

What if I need to reschedule?

Just give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice may carry a $35 fee, or for members may count as a used visit.
